Who I am
Leads Meister is a boutique B2B demand generation practice run by one operator, Somesh, registered in Belagavi, Karnataka, India. Questions about this policy or your information can go to somesh@leadsmeister.com.
What I collect
I only collect what I need to respond to you and run this site.
- Details you give me when you book a call or email, such as your name, work email, company, phone number and message.
- The details you submit through the short form on the Book a call page, so I can reply and schedule your teardown.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, if analytics is enabled.
No patient or health data
This is a marketing site for a demand generation practice. I do not ask for, and you should not send, any protected health information or patient data. Any engagement that would involve regulated health data is governed by a separate written agreement with the appropriate safeguards.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to you, schedule and run the free teardown or a call, deliver services you request, and improve this site. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for anyone else to market to you.
Tools I rely on
A few trusted providers help run this site and process your request. Each only receives what it needs for its job.
- A form and hosting provider, to receive your message from the Book a call form and deliver it to me by email.
- Google Analytics, for aggregated, privacy respecting usage data, when enabled.
- A static hosting provider, to serve this site securely.
Where your data is handled
I am based in India and work US business hours. Depending on the tools above, your information may be processed in India, the United States or other countries where these providers operate. I take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and client information only for as long as I need it to help you or to meet legal and accounting obligations, then I remove it. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email somesh@leadsmeister.com and I will act on it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear here.
